“From here the lake is at its best” wrote the painter. And he was right: the view of Lake Iseo that opens up from the hill of Parzanica is one of the finest. And that is exactly what you can enjoy from the Modigliani holiday home: a one-bedroom flat with a terrace, fully equipped and offering a breathtaking view.

The spaces
The Modigliani holiday home is a 40 m² two-room flat located within a residence with a communal swimming pool, open during the summer months. It is situated in Parzanica, on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo, and despite its size, it is an excellent choice for a couple or a small family. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, there is a sofa bed that increases the accommodation capacity, allowing up to four guests to stay. Also worth noting is the large terrace – from which you can enjoy the view stretching across Montisola and the whole lake: fully equipped with a retractable awning, dining table, chairs and deckchairs, it is a space that expands the apartment’s living area on fine days.
The entrance leads directly into the living area: a living room dominated by light colours and furnished with modern furniture, which receives plenty of natural light through the double French windows opening onto the terrace. In this room, in addition to the dining area, the convertible sofa and the smart TV, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen complete with everything you need: hobs, electric oven, fridge-freezer, sink and washing machine.
A door separates this room from the sleeping area, which comprises the bathroom and the double bedroom. The bathroom features a full set of sanitary fixtures – a washbasin, toilet and bidet – as well as a shower cubicle and a washing machine.
The double bedroom, which also benefits from the view and natural light provided by a French window leading onto the terrace, features large wardrobes and a double bed.

The apartment is equipped with independent heating and Wi-Fi. It also has a private garage, connected to the apartment level by a lift. In addition to all this, the residence features a heated swimming pool with a sun deck, which also overlooks the lake.
The rules for the swimming pool, which is open from mid-May to the end of September and available exclusively to guests of the residence (not to any external visitors), require compliance with basic standards of hygiene, safety and common sense.
