Lake Serenity

The spaces

The ‘Lake Serenity’ two-room flat, situated on a middle floor of a building in an elegant, recently built residential complex, is located in Parzanica, on the slope of a hill on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo. Spanning 42 m², furnished with modern furniture and fully equipped, it sleeps four, two of whom can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

This space is extremely light and airy thanks to the French windows leading out onto the terrace and a second window facing the dining table and the kitchen. There is virtually no corner of this room from which you cannot admire the lake. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs with an extractor hood, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and small appliances (kettle, coffee machine), as well as, of course, a stainless steel sink.

The terrace is, of course, another highlight of this two-room flat: it’s almost like an extra room in the warmer months. Generously sized, it can accommodate the dining table for al fresco breakfasts and dinners. There are also deckchairs and a parasol, so you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying the wonderful view of the lake and the mountains.
The bedroom, with a double bed, is adjacent to the living room. It features a large built-in wardrobe and also has a French window opening onto the left-hand side of the terrace.

The bathroom, with a small window providing light and ventilation, is fully fitted: wall-hung sanitary ware (toilet and bidet), a washbasin and a shower cubicle. The flat also features a washing machine, cleverly concealed within a cupboard.


The flat is equipped with heating and Wi-Fi. However, there is no air conditioning or television.


The swimming pool and communal areas

The apartment’s appeal is enhanced by the presence of a communal swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace: a great asset which – between 15 May and 30 September – allows leisure-seeking holidaymakers to spend whole days without having to go anywhere. Reserved exclusively for guests staying in the flat (and not for any visitors), the swimming pool is governed by a set of common-sense and hygiene rules governing access, which guests are asked to observe, along with quiet hours and other house rules, designed to ensure the proper use of the premises and respect for the environment.
