Lake Horizon

Three modern, perfectly organised rooms spread over two floors, in a small, elegant residence with a swimming pool and a stunning view of the lake. This is the Horizon holiday home, perfect for a family holiday.

The spaces

The Lake Horizon holiday home is situated in Parzanica, a town on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo.

The flat is on the first floor of an elegant building overlooking the lake; the breathtaking view can be enjoyed from practically every room in the house and, above all, from the lovely, well-equipped and welcoming terrace, which extends the living space outwards.

Lake Horizon is, in fact, a three-room flat measuring 65 m² spread over two floors, with the bedrooms situated on the upper floor, accessed via a comfortable internal wooden staircase.

The entrance opens onto a small hallway with the staircase leading to the upper floor on the right and the bathroom on the left. Spacious and bright, tiled and embellished with glass mosaics, the bathroom – with a window providing light and air – is fully equipped: a vanity unit with washbasin and large mirror, wall-hung sanitary ware (toilet and bidet) and a glass shower cubicle.

Moving on, you enter the living room. Here too, the light colours of the floor and furniture enhance the natural light streaming in through the large French windows opening onto the terrace. On the right is a sofa, and on the left the dining table. In the left-hand corner is the compact yet fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with all the essentials: induction hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and, of course, a sink. The kitchen also features a kettle and a coffee machine.

The terrace rounds off the tour of this level: a good size, though not enormous, this small terrace overlooking the lake and the swimming pool below is fully equipped with a small sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs, and is sheltered by a generous retractable awning. It is effectively an outdoor sitting area from which to enjoy the splendid view stretching across the lake and the amphitheatre of mountains surrounding it.

Moving up to the upper floor, we come to the sleeping area, comprising two bedrooms and warmed by exposed wooden ceilings and parquet flooring. The first bedroom, cosy and intimate, features a double bed and a splendid rectangular window framing yet another view of Lake Iseo. The second bedroom, which faces the rear of the property, has two single beds.

The Lake Horizon holiday home is fully air-conditioned on the upper floor and heated throughout. There is Wi-Fi and it is also equipped with a washing machine. However, there is no television.

The swimming pool and communal areas

The apartment’s appeal is enhanced by the presence of a communal swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace: a great asset which – between 15 May and 30 September – allows leisure-seeking holidaymakers to spend whole days without having to go anywhere. Reserved exclusively for guests of the flat (and not for any visitors), the swimming pool is governed by a set of common-sense and hygiene rules governing access, which guests are asked to observe, along with quiet hours and other house rules, designed to ensure the proper use of the premises and respect for the environment.
