The 70 sqm three-room apartment with independent heating has a large living room with striking LED lighting and wooden parquet flooring, a very modern kitchen with gas burners, a microwave and an electric oven, american coffee machine with kettle, a three-seater linear sofa and an ultra flat TV. Wi-Fi included from april to september. The property is completed by two equipped bedrooms and a bathroom with a sliding floor shower. The second bedroom overlooks the ancient internal courtyard, the master bedroom faces the lake frontally, connected to the living room by the equipped terrace.
The inner courtyard hosts a storage for motorcycles and bicycles and the old cellar, the garden in season is surrounded by different species of colorful flowers; a large tree is the safest landing place under which to shelter to enjoy the maximum relaxation overlooking the lake.

Facilities
The car park is in the immediate vicinity, the main facilities are 50 meters away, the path leading to the lakeside is covered in a few steps, in a few minutes you reach Riva di Solto, with the pharmacy, the post office, the bank and several bars and typical restaurants for tasting fish from the lake. In the surroundings it is possible to make walks and numerous trekking, suspended between water, sky and earth.

Riva di Solto, Lake Iseo and the surroundings
A little less than an hour from Milan, Brescia and Bergamo, Riva di Solto has a medieval heart made up of suggestive alleys dating back to the 13th century. The boats of the last fishermen set back in the most curious corners and the very old houses furnished in the austere style of the industrious villages create the atmosphere of a timeless place. The main square opens up to modern aperitif bars, elegant bistros, typical restaurants and wine bars. From the shore it is possible to board the boat for an unforgettable visit to the lake; at the exit of the town in the direction of Lovere, the coast turns into a tract to say the least astonishing: the mountain curls up on itself in the ravine of Bogn, generating continuous passages under natural arches and exposed bends behind the lake.
Besides you can visit the ancient fishing villages of Montisola, discover the cellars of Franciacorta, immerse yourself in nature and be enchanted by Tavernola and Lovere, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. In the minutes you will find Montecampione, Colere and Monte Pora for walking and skiing, the Presolana massif for high-altitude excursions, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300 thousand rock engravings and Boario for the thermal baths.
